Small Scale Integrated Wastewater Treating Equipment

Danmotech icell packaged wastewater treatment plant is STP designed for treating sewage water from single
households in rural areas for independent residential building, villas, and
residential area.

The icell series system is typically installed after a septic tank either in-
or above ground.

The population coverage of single icell stp covers 3-6 people.

With several different units combination, the capacity will
be increased.
Technology features of iCELL packaged wastewater treatment plant

Adopting modified
A/O process, combining the advantages of traditional activated sludge and biofilm technologies with stable operation and treatment efficiency .

The patented fixed plate biofilm carrier inside can effectively enhance COD
and TN removal performance.

The effluent
quality can conform to one-class B permitted
criteria of Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment
plant (GB18918-2016).

Optional for powered from solar panel, which can solve the cost for the
operation.

Optional for intelligent monitoring system, and change the operation
modes remotely.

Treating capacity
of single module: 0.5-1 t/d for 3-6 persons.

Details:

Treating process:
1. the waste water gravitates to A/O process icell stp unit for contact oxidation after pre-sedimentation in septic tank.
2. biological reactions such as degradation of organics, nitrification and de-nitrification of nitrogen were carried out in A/O process icell packaged wastewater treatment plant.
3. The water goes to sedimentation tank after A/O process.
4. The precipitated water is separated by the slag trap for reducing the left SS .
5.The disinfected water enters the clear water tank, and the effluent is discharged or reused in accordance with the required standards.
