• iSHEEL packaged sewage treatment plant adopts German advanced fixed bed biofim carrier technology, which was introduced in 2013 and was officially mass produced in 2014.The same type of sewage treatment plant is widely used in developed European countries.

• iSHEEL packaged sewage treatment plants solution combine three part, septic tank, bio-tank and sedimentation tank. With different volume of the each part, the water treatment volume would be increased.  

• The sepetic tank and biotank could be combined with different numbers, which could meet different water volume and different demand of water clearness.

• As it is modular and flexible solution, that is why we name it iSHEEL solution, just like LEGO brick toys.

Process:

• Septic tank for primary sludge, all solids would stay
• Bio tank is the heart of all the process. The bacteria grow and stay here, with aeration, the waste water is cleaned here. The BOD, COD is removed, nitrification also happened here.
• In Sedimentation tank, the biological sludge are removed. The treated water is stored here and could be discharged or reused. 

The core technology of iSHEEL bio reactor

The biofilm formed, the patented biofilm carrier can be used for more than 20 years.

iSHEEL series features

• Adjusting tank, consisted of 2 ~ 3 tanks

In adjusting tank, the solid particles in sewage precipitate to the bottom of the adjusting tank. Floating debris, grease are also trapped in adjusting tank through special interconnection pipes. The sewage on the top part of the adjusting tank flows to the next unit.

• Fixed bed biofilm reactor, consisted of 1~2 tanks.

The biofilm reactor has the fixed bed reactor with greater surface area. Aerobic microorganisms form a biofilm to degrade the organics and inorganic matters, so sewage can be purified effectively..

Most of iSHEEL treatment systems adopt secondary biological treatment to stabilize the treatment more effectively and improve the removal rate of pollutants.

Stage 1, high load reactor: the biofilm carrier has larger diameter and larger porosity,  with specific surface area of 100m2/m3.

Stage 2, low load reactor: the biofilm carrier has smaller diameter and smaller porosity,  with specific surface area of 150m2/m3

• Sedimentation tank

The bottom of the sedimentation tank is a conical shape, which can separate the remaining sludge from the purified water that has been biotreated and deposit it to the bottom.The remaining sludge is transported to the adjustment tank by sludge pump or gas extraction device, and the water from the upper part of the sedimentation tank flows into the drainage system (stream, river and sea).
